Installation of the mod is done by extracting the archive provided in the game's main folder (example: D:\Games\Sins of a Solar Empire where the game's exe file is located).
In order to be able to use the mod you will need game version 1.93 with 'Stellar Phenomena', 'Forbidden Worlds', 'Outlaw Sectors' and 'Minor Factions' DLC installed. This mod is a sum of altered and modified game stats and features aiming to improve gameplay.
